I've been using my Ipod Touch to snap photos a lot recently. I love Instagram and although the quality is rather poor compared to an IPhone or my DSLR, it's just so much more convenient than lugging a camera around.

What I Use
I shoot with a Canon EOS 1000D wherever possible but sometimes use a phone camera (Samsung Galaxy SIII) or point and shoot (Fujifilm Finepix F80 EXR) for practicality.
